本文根据北京市某实际工程2013~2014年供暖期的测试结果,选取2组对比实验,从空气源热泵结除霜过程、运行特性、供热特性等方面,揭示“雾霾”与“非雾霾”气象条件对机组结除霜特性的影响。第1组对比实验,环境温湿度均为-0.7℃和67.5%左右,而PM2.5浓度分别为343μg/m3和94μg/m3。第2组对比实验,环境温湿度均为-1.0℃和71.0%左右,而PM2.5浓度分别为257μg/m3和94μg/m3。研究结果表明:“雾霾”气象条件,有利于霜层形成,结霜速度快,结霜量多,机组吸、排气温差大,供热能力衰减早、衰减程度大,对机组结除霜特性影响更为严重。
Two sets of comparative experiments are chosen in this paper, based on the test results of some actual engineering in Beijing City during the 2013 - 2014 heating period. The influence of smog and non-smog meteorological conditions to the frost-defrost characteristics of the unit is revealed from ASHP' s frost-defrost process, operation and heat supply characteristics etc aspects. In the first set of comparative experiments, the temperature and humidity of the environment are about - 0.7℃ and 67.5% , and the PM2.5 concentrations are 343 μg/m3 and 94 μg/m3 respectively. In the second set of comparative experiments, the temperature and humidity of the environment are about - 1.0℃ and 71.0% , and the PM2.5 concentrations are 257 μg/m3 and 94 μg/m3 respectively. The results show that "haze" meteorological conditions are beneficial for the formation of frost layer, the frosting rate is fast, and amount of frost is large. The temperature difference of unit' s suction and exhaust is great. Heating capacity is attenuated early and in large degree, which has more serious effects on the unit's frost-defrost characteristics.
