针对复杂矿井通风网络解算问题,基于MATLAB语言及其图形处理平台,提出用真实3D矿井巷道连结关系(3D风网图)代替复杂网络图进行解算。该方案只需将实际矿井巷道真实描画出来,由计算机程序自动从真实巷道中提取通风网络的拓扑关系,并自动添加大气、通风机风硐、掘进巷道风筒等辅助分支,将同属性巷道分支合并,缩减通风网络图的规模,得到计算所需的内部通风网络图。3D风网图是将矿井通风网络看作一个力学模型,直接按基本回路计算自然风压。从本质上说,3D风网图表达的是“具象”的通风网络图,它超越了传统平面网络图的技术层面。应用该通风仿真程序,能有效解决矿井通风信息管理、三维矿井通风立体图的自动生成、矿井通风网络自动解算、风网参数的自动标注等问题,在铁法矿区大兴煤矿的应用结果验证了其可靠性。
Considering the problems existed in complicated mine ventilation network solution, a complicated network graph can be replaced by real 3D mine roadway connection relation (3D ventilation network graph) base on MATLAB language and its graphic processing platform. According to this scheme, the actual mine roadways need to be drawn, the topological relation of the ventilation network will be extracted from the actual roadways by the computer program automatically, and auxiliary branch, such as the atmosphere, the main fan tunnel and the air ducts in driving roadways, can be added automatically. The branches corresponding to the roadways with the identical properties will be merged to reduce the scale of the ventilation network diagram, so as to derive the internal ventilation network graph which is necessary to computation. To 3D ventilation network graph, a mine ventilation network is regarded as a mechanical model, so the natural ventilation pressure is calculated according to the basis of circuits. In essence, 3D ventilation network graph is a 'figurative' ventilation network graph, and it surpasses the technical level of the conventional planar network graph. By using the ventilation simulation program, the problem of ventilation information management, the automatic generation of 3D ventilation system graph, the automatic calculation of mine ventilation network, the automatic dimension of parameters of ventilation network and so on can be solved effectively. The program was applied in Daxing mine of Tiefa mine area. The results show that the program is reliable, and it has good practical value and application prospect.
