为了研究浅埋厚煤层分层开采保护煤柱的支承压力分布规律,利用设计好的应力采集仪,通过相似模拟实验得出,活鸡兔矿保护煤柱两侧采空后,煤柱上支承压力相对较集中,煤柱整体处于稳定状态,说明30m宽煤柱能有效的控制煤柱的总变形量.最后运用RFPA岩石破断过程分析系统软件分析了随着工作面采动和推进,上覆岩层的来压特点.为浅埋煤层煤柱支承压力理论研究提供一些实验依据.
In order to study the law of abutment pressure distribution of coal pillar in shallow thick seam slice mining, a set of stress collection instrument is used in similar material simulation. The results show that the abutment pressure is relatively concentrated on the coal pillar, and the coal pillar is in the overall steady-state after on both sides of coal pillar is mined. That shows that the total deformation of coal pillar can be effective controlled in HUO Ji-tu mine, when the width of protective coal pillar is 30 meters. Finally, along with working face being advanced, the weighting of overlying strata is analyzed by RFPA rock breaking process analysis system software. That provides some experimental evidences to study shallow seam coal pillar's abutment pressure.
