从Hamrock—Dowson公式和滚珠丝杠副的接触参数出发,推导了滚珠丝杠副中最小油膜厚度的计算公式,利用数值计算方法,分析了丝杠转速、润滑油粘度和接触载荷等使用参数以及接触角、螺旋升角和曲率比等设计参数对最小油膜厚度的影响。对滚珠丝杠副的润滑状态进行了判别,计算分析表明,滚珠丝杠副的润滑属于边界润滑。讨论了改善滚珠丝杠副润滑状态的途径,分析认为,设计专用润滑脂润滑单元和提高滚道袁面加工质量是改善润滑状态、提高滚珠丝杠副高速性能的主要途径。
The formula of the thinnest lubricating oil film thickness in ball screw is induced according to the Hamrock-Dowson expression and the contact parameters of ball screw. Based on work mentioned above, the influence of the working parameters such as the rotating speed of screw shaft, the viscosiity of lubricating oil and the contact force, and the structural parameters such as contact angle, helix angle and the curvature ratio on the thinnest lubricant oil film thickness is analyzed by numerical simulation. Through the judgment of lubricating state in ball screw, it is indicated that ball screw always runs in conditions of boundary lubrication. The ways to improving the lubricating state of ball screw are discussed. It is deemed that to design special lubricant grease unit and to improve the surface quality of ball screw groove are two effective approaches to make better lubricating state and enhance the performance of ball screw in high speed.
