提出了一种分析热载荷作用下夹杂角端部奇异应力场的简便分析方法.该方法从三个物理过程出发,将均匀温变引起的夹杂角端部奇异热应力场问题通过叠加原理等效为一个双向等拉伸产生的夹杂角端部奇异应力场弹性问题.研究结果发现夹杂角端部奇异热应力场可以表示成一个双向等拉伸载荷作用下的奇异应力场外加一个常数项,换句话说,可以直接利用双向拉伸载荷作用下夹杂角端部奇异应力场现有数值结果计算奇异热应力场数值解.与有限元热弹性分析结果表明,本文提出的等效方法是正确的、有效的.
This paper presents a simple method for analyzing the singular stress fields around corner tips of inclusions.The thermal stress problem due to uniform temperature changes can be equivalently replaced by the elastic stress problem under biaxial tension through three physical processes and the superposition principle.It is found that the singular thermal stress fields are composed of the singular elastic stress fields with constants.In other words,the singular thermal stress fields can be directly obtained from the available numerical results of singular elastic stress fields under biaxial tension.Comparisons with the solutions of thermal elastic analysis by FEM show that the present equivalent method is correct and effective.
