在基于后向关联的技术转移中,本土供应商对技术能力的投入水平如何受下游跨国公司的技术输出类型与输出水平,最终产品市场份额对产品创新敏感程度,以及企业资源约束条件的影响?本文构建动态博弈模型对此进行探讨:将技术转移区分为探索型与利用型,分别针对供应商的技术能力与生产效率;引入最终市场敏感度参数;并考查上下游企业面临的资源约束条件。结果表明,资源较为充裕的本土供应商更能够吸引下游跨国公司的探索型技术转移,且其自身对技术能力的投入水平也较高;下游利用型技术转移抑制了本土供应商对技术能力的投入;最终市场敏感度的影响较为复杂,本土供应商在关注市场导向的同时不应当满足于生产效率提升带来的效益。上述结果为促进本土企业技术能力投入与升级提供了启示。
In technology transfer based on backward linkage, how is local supplier' s investment in technical capacity affected by the downstream multination' s transfer level, the sensitivity of final market share to innovation, and resource constrains? A dynamic game model is constructed, where technology transfer is categorized as ex- plorative and exploitative. The former is technical-capacity-related and the later is productivity-related. A factor measuring the sensitivity of final market' s share to innovation is included and resource constraints are considered. It is proved that,a local supplier with greater resource availability encourages higher downstream explorative transfer and self investment in technical capacity. Meanwhile, exploitative transfer from downstream plays a negative role. The effect of a greater final market sensitivity is complex, and it is important that local suppliers should not content with mere improvement in manufacture efficiency though they are market-oriented. Relevant implications for local enterprise' s technical capacity investment and upgrading are provided.
