目的对短柄五加叶挥发油成分进行分析研究。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法对精油进行分析鉴定,并利用柱色谱法对挥发油中部分化合物进行分离纯化,辅助鉴定精油化学成分。结果从挥发油中共确定出55种化合物,其中石竹烯相对含量16.26%,氧化石竹烯相对含量13.52%,α-石竹烯相对含量8.64%,为其主要化学成分。结论将短柄五加叶中所含挥发油成分与其根茎挥发油成分对比,发现有部分成分相同,如正二十二烷、亚油酸棕榈酸、氧化石竹烯、菲等。
Objective To analyze and study the components of volatile oil extracted from the leaves of Acan- thopanax brachypus Harms. Methods The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. Part of chemical compounds in the volatile oil was isolated and purified by column chromatography in order to in- dentify the chemical composition. Results In the essential oil, 55 chemical compounds were indentified including carypohyllene, earyophyllene oxide and alpha caryophyllene. The relative contents of 3 main chemical compositions accounted for 16.26%, 13.52% and 8.64% respectively. Conclusion Some components, such as doeosane, linoleic acid, hexadeeanoic acid, caryophyllene oxide and phenanthrene, are found in the volatile oil extracted from the leaves as well as from the rhizome of Acanthopanax brachypus Harms.
