运用自编框架箱涵计算软件及ANSYS有限元通用软件,对斜交框架箱涵结构进行了空间结构受力和配筋特点分析,对正交框架箱涵、斜交10°~40°框架箱涵,运用斜交转正交计算理论和斜交计算理论分别进行了计算分析.结果表明:斜交框架箱涵结构随斜交角度的增大,钝角处的弯矩呈现递增趋势;运用斜交转正交计算理论计算得到的钢筋拉应力,比斜交计算理论得到的钢筋拉应力偏大,这种差值随斜交角度的增加而变大,使得大角度斜交框架箱涵的配筋量增大;运用斜交转正交计算理论得到的混凝土的压应力比斜交计算得到的混凝土压应力偏小,计算差值在10°时达到最大为2.03 MPa.最后,根据斜交框架箱涵结构钝角处的受力特点提出了钝角处的配筋建议.
In this paper,space structure analysis and reinforcement characteristics analysis of the oblique frame box culverts structure are taken by the research frame culvert box calculation software and ANSYS finite element software.Using the oblique transform orthogonal calculation theory and the oblique calculation theory,some calculation and analysis on the oblique frame culvert box structure of all kinds of the oblique angle are carried out.The conclusions are drawn as follows.Firstly,to the oblique frame culvert box structure,the moment at the obtuse angle will become bigger with the increase of the oblique angle.Secondly,the reinforced stress based on the oblique transform orthogonal calculation theory is bigger than the one in the oblique calculation theory,and the difference will become bigger with the increase of the oblique angle,which made the reinforced quantity increase.The concrete compressive stress based on the oblique transform orthogonal calculation theory is smaller than the one in the oblique calculation theory,and the difference comes to the maximum of 2.03 MPa at the 10°oblique angle.At last,some advice are referenced on reinforcement of the obtuse angle of the oblique frame culvert box structure based on its mechanical characteristics,which can provide the reference to practical design.
