条件价值评估法(CVM)是当前可用于确定环境物品非市场的和非使用价值的有效方法。在分析南昌市城市河湖生态环境问题的基础上,采用条件价值评估法,共回收194份单边界二分式CVM有效问卷,研究了南昌城市河湖生态系统服务改善的支付意愿及其经济价值。研究表明:1)南昌市城区河湖生态系统服务改善的平均支付意愿约为105.83元/(年.户),初步估算出南昌市河湖生态环境改善后的生态服务价值约为0.58亿元/年;2)投标值和受教育程度等因素对南昌市居民的支付意愿有显著影响。此研究结果可望为河湖生态系统恢复和鄱阳湖生态经济区建设提供参考。

英文摘要:

The contingent valuation method is a direct approach that can be used to provide non-marketable and unusable value of natural resources. Based on the analysis of ecological environment of rivers and lakes in the urban area of Nanchang City, the contingent valuation method was conducted, where 195 single-bound dichotomous choice questionnaires had been sent out with 194 fed back. In this paper, the willingness to pay for improving the ecosystem of the urban rivers and lakes in Nanchang City and the economic value of the ecological services had been studied. The research showed that : ( 1 ) the mean value of WTP to the ecosystem services of the urban rivers and lakes was 105.83 Yuan (RMB) per household annually and the estimated value of the ecosystem services to be restored of the rivers and lakes in Nanchang City was about 58 million Yuan per year; (2) the value of bid and the level of education were the major factors influencing the residents' willingness. The conclusion would be adopted so as to provide beneficial reference for restoring the ecosystem services of the rivers and lakes and the construction of Ecological Economy Area of Poyang Lake.
