考察了光催化降解过程中腐殖酸以及腐殖酸和TiO2混合液的膜污染性质变化。试验采用超滤杯终端过滤的方法。结果表明:在光催化降解过程中,腐殖酸对膜的污染程度逐渐减轻。至光催化反应进行60min时,虽然TOC去除率为70%,但腐殖酸已不再对膜产生污染,表明降解中间产物不会导致膜污染。同时,腐殖酸和TiO2混合液的膜污染现象也消失,表明TiO2表面性质已经恢复。可见,腐殖酸经过光催化降解后可以降低其膜污染程度。
The membrane fouling characters changing of humic acid (HA) and the mixture of HA and TiO2 during the photocatalysis degradation process were studied. The process is illustrated by the dead-end filtration method using the pressure reservoirs. The experiment results indicate that the membrane fouling of HA is alleviating during the photocatalysis process. Although the removal rate of TOC is 70% after 60 mins photocatalysis process, the membrane fouling phenomenon vanishes, which indicates that the degradation intermediate cannot lead to membrane fouling. The mixture cannot lead to membrane fouling after 60 mins photocatalysis process, which illustrates that the surfaces of the TiO2 particles have been recovered. Therefore, the HA after photocatalysis degradation process can alleviate the membrane fouling level.
