为实现对配网电能质量全面治理并实现综合电气节能,结合有源和无源各自优势,提出多种补偿方式相结合的低成本混杂动态补偿方案。利用有源的快响应和可控性来抑制电压闪变、谐波;利用无源大容量实现低成本大容量分级补偿。结合某配网实况,以分层无功平衡为指导,针对不同负载的实际需要,对晶闸管控制电抗器、晶闸管投切电容器、链式静止无功发生器、多重化静止无功发生器进行有机组合和配置,并提出基于专家规则的静止无功发生器与晶闸管投切电容器协同控制,以解决两者由于补偿速度不一致而导致的在无功补偿时的冲突问题;提出基于分时段变频的多重化静止无功发生器控制策略,以充分利用有源容量,提高对谐波的抑制效果;并研制了能满足各种控制功能的控制平台。系统投入后的各项电能质量指标有了明显改善,电气节能率达36.8%。
In order to improve the power quality of distribution network and realize power energy saving,integrating the predominance of active and passive compensators,a new low-cost high-efficiency and dynamic mixed compensation system is proposed.The active part was used to suppress flicker and harmonic based on the characters of fast and controllable,and the passive part was used to realize large capacity and low-cost step compensation.According to the rule of reactive power should balanced in every voltage rank,thyristor control reactance(TCR),thyristor switched capacitor(TSC),chain link static var generator(CLSVG) and mulriple static var generator(MSVG) were applied to different sites for different loads in a melt factory.A decision has been proposed to control the constitution of SVG and TSC to solve the question of reactive power compensation conflict,and a new method based on different frequency on different period was applied to control MSVG to improve the harmonic suppress effect.A universal converter controller was developed to satisfy the different control functions.All of power indexes were improved,and the electric power energy saving rate is 36.8% after the proposed system was put into operation.
