对1个包含286个个体的F1群体及衍生出的包含121个株系的重组自交系群体(RILs)人工接种纹枯病菌,进行多年多点的纹枯病抗性鉴定。相关分析表明:病级(DR)、病斑长度(LL)、病斑高度(LH)、相对病斑长度(RLL)及相对病斑高度(RIH)等5个抗病性鉴定指标之间均呈极显著正相关,说明这些指标均可以较好地评价材料的抗病性,能够用于抗病鉴定研究。
An F2 population including 286 individuals and a recombinant inbred lines population (RILs)consisting of 121 lines which derived from the F2 population were artificially inoculated with Rhizoctonia solani K/ihn, and then identification of their sheath blight resistances was carried out in different locations for several years. The correlation analysis showed that there were very significant positive correlations between the five indicators, or disease rating(DR), lesion length(LL), lesion height(LH), relative lesion length(RLL)and relative lesion height(RLH), indicating that all the 5 indicators could be used for evaluating the disease resistance.
