研究了分数阶微分方程初值问题的全局解的存在性和唯一性.通过给出一个反例来说明现有研究证明中存在的不足.通过给出新的引理,建立了新的理论.

英文摘要：

To study the existence and uniqueness of global solutions for the cauchy type problems of fractional differential equations,one counter-example is cited,and a few defects are pointed out in the proving of previous research. Several new theorems are established by citing a new lemma.
