采用盆栽控水方法研究了干旱环境下侧柏幼苗脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量以及细胞膜透性的变化规律。结果表明:在干旱胁迫初期,脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量和细胞膜相对透性呈现不同程度的增大,而且在不同土壤水分条件下各指标值差异较大;在严重干旱胁迫条件下,脯氨酸和可溶性糖的累积都会受到一定程度的抑制。
To explore the dynamic changes of proline,soluble sugar and relative permeability of cell membrane(RPCM) of Platycladus orientalis under drought stress,the experiment was conducted in plastic pots to control the moisture of soil.The results showed that in the initial stage of drought stress,proline content,soluble sugar content and the RPCM increased in various degrees.And the values of three indices changed significantly.Under severe drought stress,the accumulation of praline and soluble sugar would be inhices changed significantly. Under severe drought stress, the accumulation of praline and soluble sugar would be inhibited.
