碾压混凝土施工过程中,各系统间资源竞争和冲突是影响施工的瓶颈。在系统分析碾压混凝土生产、运输与坝面作业系统资源配置影响因素及其变化规律的基础上,综合考虑系统资源约束条件,研究系统之间的耦合关系,构建基于混凝土生产、运输及仓面作业的多系统复杂边界条件下的耦合赋时Petri网动态仿真模型,较好地解决了不同系统衔接产生的资源竞争、冲突问题,优化了碾压混凝土坝施工系统资源配置。
Resources competition and conflicts are the bottlenecks that will have a big influence on the RCC dam construction which includes three systems, RCC production, transportation and pouring. So it is necessary that the evolution pattern and the related influencing factors of the resource allocation should be analyzed systematically. Also, constraint conditions need to be comprehensively considered in order to study the coupling relationship between these systems. Based on these analysis and consideration, a coupling Petri Net dynamic simulation model was built for this kind of multiple systems with the complex boundary conditions. Using this new model, the problems of resources competition and conflicts could be better solved, and RCC dam construction resources of these multiple systems could be optimally allocated.
