传统内燃机的曲柄连杆机构由于连杆的往复摆动而导致活塞对气缸的侧压力,给内燃机带来很多不利的影响。利用内摆线原理,重新设计一种内摆线内燃机。在CAD软件中建立S195(传统内燃机)与S195HC(内摆线内燃机)虚拟样机模型,并导入ADAMS中进行动力学仿真。结果表明,这种内摆线内燃机可以显著降低活塞对气缸的侧压力,降低摩擦和磨损,提高内燃机的使用寿命,同时使功率也有所提高。
Because of the connecting rod's swing motion, the traditional internal-combustion engine will produce a strike on the cylinder by piston, which brings lots of bad effects on the engine. It designed a new hypocycloid internal-combustion engine with the principle of hypocycloid. The S195 model (traditional engine) and the S195HC model (hypocycloid engine) were built in CAD and simulated in ADAMS. The results show that the hypocycloid internal.combustion engine can obviously reduce the strike on the cylinder by piston, friction and abrasion, enhance the service life and power of the engine.
