基于3S技术,利用景观指数的方法对锦葫地区的空间扩展过程进行了定量描述,得出＂锦葫地区各城市之间的地理空间正逐步拉近,经济社会联系也日趋紧密,一体化发展已成为一种必然趋势＂的结论。分析锦葫地区城市空间扩展中存在的问题,针对这些问题提出了锦葫一体化空间发展战略构想：采用＂双核协调-带状集聚＂的空间格局,积极推进锦葫地区基础设施一体化、产业一体化、港城一体化、生态一体化,将锦葫地区打造成辽西地区重要的增长极,提升锦葫地区在更大尺度范围内的实力。
英文摘要：
Based on 3S technique, this paper used landscape indices method to do quantitative descriptions on Jinhu coastal area spatial expansion process. Then the article got the results, which are geography space between the cities is gradually narrowed, the economic society relation is closer day by day, and the inte- grated development has become an inevitable trend. This paper analyzed the problems of Jinhu costal area urban spatial expansion, and proposed Jinhu integrated spatial development strategy concept that use the dual-core coordinated-ribbon gathered spatial pattern, and actively promote Jinhu regional infrastructure in- tegration,industrial integration, port-city integration and ecological integration to make Jinhu area to be- come the major growth pole in western Liaoning so that it can enhance Jinhu area within the strength in a larger scale.
