针对汽车涡轮增压器壳体和销轴的焊接需求,设计了铆接-激光焊接一体式设备。设备主要由上料组件、铆接组件及激光焊接组件三部分组成,其中铆接组件采用气液增压缸及力放大机构设计,最大压力达到104N以上,满足将销轴和涡轮增压器壳体铆接在一起的需求。焊接组件主要由机架、三轴线性模组和激光焊接头组成。三轴线性模组速度可调,将焊接速度调到最大,加快整个产品的焊接效率。整套设备达到工件只装夹一次,同时完成铆接和激光焊接两道工序的效果。
The riveting and laser welding integrated equipment was designed for the welding of automobile turbocharger housing and pins. The equipment consisted of feeding components, riveting components and laser welding components. The riveting components were degined with gas-hydraulic pressure cylinder and force amplifier device, and the riveting pressure reached 104 N, which realized the riveting of turbocharger and pins. The welding components consisted of frame, three axis linear module and laser welding head. The velocity of the three axis linear module was adjustable, and the welding speed can be adjusted to the maximum, and the welding efficiency of the whole product can be accelerated. The whole set of equipment achieved the effect that the workpiece was clamped only once and the two steps of riveting and laser welding were completed simultaneously.
