细胞间隙连接通讯(GJIC)在细胞的增殖、分化和维持细胞稳态等生理过程中起着非常重要的调控作用。GJIC由连接蛋白(Cx)构成,许多外源性化学物质均可通过作用于Cx而影响GJIC的功能。该文结合近年来研究进展,综述了GJIC的缓慢调节和快速调节机制,并对目前存在的问题和未来研究的方向进行了展望。
Gap junctional intercellular communication (GJIC) plays a crucial role in the maintenance of homeostasis, cell differentiation, and growth control in multicelluar organisms. GJIC, formed by the connexin protein family(Cx), could be modulated by various substances vht Cx. In this paper, the mechanisms under the short-term and long-term control of GJIC were reviewed, and the issues in current researches and future research prospects were pointed out.
