This paper studies the problems that the joint procurement affects the remanufacturing closed- loop supply chain recovery strategies with a dominant retailer, and establishes a closed-loop supply chain model of two purchase ways. Furthermore, it compares and analyses the two purchase ways. The study finds that. （1） when the recovery effort cost is smaller or larger, the recovery ratio of joint procurement is greater than the individual purchase; （2） when the diversity between the dominant retailer and the weak retailer is large enough, the weak retailer prefer joint purchase more, and the chain＇s profit of joint purchase is greater than the chain＇s profit of single purchase; （3） the two retailers＇ profits of joint procurement supply are larger than the single procurement when the dominant retailer＇s bargaining power of joint procurement is strong.
