基于温室温度控制对象存在的大滞后、大惯性等属性,使传统控制方法的控制效果不甚理想。从烟叶生长原理和温室温度控制原理出发,提出一种基于现场控制系统(FCS)的现场总线控制模型,实现对烟叶培育过程中温度的管控一体化。该模型能使温室温度控制根据季节的交替、时令的变化实现优化控制,为烟叶的生长发育提供合适的温度环境。结果表明:该控制模型可以提高温室温度控制系统的自适应性,抑制大惯性产生的温度失调等副作用,获得满意的控制效果,同时也节约能源,提高了经济效益。
It is difficult to control the temperature in the greenhouse. Therefore, this paper presents a temperature control model based on FCS (field control system) to realize integrative management and control for the tobacco production process, according to the growth theory of tobacco and the temperature control theory of greenhouse. The model was used to design the temperature control system according to the alterations of the season in a year and the changes of the time in a day. Experimental analysis shows that this model can greatly improve the self-adaptability of the system. It can save energy and improve economic benefit.
