In terms of teaching methodologies, college teachers should integrate smart phones into classroom instructions, introduce participatory classroom instructions, and institute a new interactive teaching model. In terms of teaching contents, college teachers should select textbooks up to date for students, arrange teaching courseware contents in a reasonable manner, and update teaching courseware contents as often as possible.
