首先简要介绍了磁场调制式同心齿轮的原理,在此基础上提出一种外转子改进型磁力齿轮拓扑结构,对其外转子磁力线和气隙磁密进行分析。用电磁分析软件建立磁力齿轮的有限元计算模型,改变调磁环铁心宽度及外转子永磁体的宽度和高度等参数,分别计算最大静态转矩,得到其与结构参数的关系。静态转矩随结构参数均呈先增大后减小的变化,表明选择合理的结构参数才能优化器件的性能,为磁力齿轮的设计提供了南盏参考。
The prinicple of a novel field modulated magnetic gear(FMMG) was briefly introduced, and then a modified topology for outer rotor of FMMG proposed, of which the magnetic force line and air gap magnetic flux density of outer rotor was analyzed. By using FEM electromagnetic analysis software, the maximum static torque was calculated with structure parameters including width of modulating ring core, magnet width and height of outer rotor. The maximum static torque increases first and then decreases with increasing the structural parameters, showing that the peformanence of the field modulated magnetic gear can be optimized by selecting reasonable structural paramethers.
