在竞争价值观框架的基础上,主要有以下研究发现:首先,企业文化与内外部环境之间一致性越好,即现状文化和目标文化一致性越好,企业的人力资源开发水平和财务绩效都会越好;其次,对于成立时间较长的企业来说,企业文化越是均衡发展,即现状文化在四种类型的分布上越趋于均匀一致,企业的人力资源开发水平会越好。
On the basis of competing values framework, we get two findings as follows. Firstly, the consistency between organizational culture and environment, i.e. the fit between present culture and preferred culture predicts human re-source development performance and financial performance. Secondly, as for organizations with enough long survival time, the equilibrium of organizational culture defined as similar distribution of four cultural types has positive effect on human resource development performance.
