基于声波夹带理论,建立了研究声波及其与外加种子颗粒联合作用下对细颗粒的脱除效果的实验装置。采用频率为1 kHz的声波,分别在声波场单独作用及与外加种子颗粒联合作用时,利用低压电称冲击器测量不同条件下的颗粒分布,得到不同声强下的脱除效率。结果表明:在2种工况下,对于峰值粒径为0.07μm的细颗粒均有明显的脱除效果,且联合作用较声波单独作用时有进一步提高;脱除效率均随声强的增加而增加;在联合作用下,最高脱除效率达到82%。
An experimental installation, based on the acoustic entrainment theory, has been set up, for investigating the effect of acoustic waves on the precipitation of fine particles, as well as under the combined action with seed particles. Particle distribution, under the sole action of acoustic waves of 1 kHz frequency, as well as in combination with seed particles, was measured by ELPI (Electrical Low Pressure Impactor). Herewith, precipitation efficiencies under different sound intensity conditions have been obtained. Results show that precipitation effects of both test modes are remarkable for fine particles with a peak size of 0.7 /~m; the combined effect being better than that of using acoustic waves alone. The precipitation efficiency increases with rising acoustic intensity. A maximal efficiency of 83 % has been attained by combined action.
