为了减小温度对光纤位移传感器的影响,提高测量精度,采用二元回归分析法对光纤位移传感器进行温度补偿。通过对光纤位移传感器做标定试验,并利用温度传感器对工作温度进行监测,建立了二元回归模型。从该模型中得到光纤位移传感器融合后的数据,并根据融合后的数据得到了补偿后的温度系数和相对误差。补偿前后温度系数和相对误差的比较证明,所采用的方法能够对光纤位移传感器实现温度补偿。
In order to reduce the effect of temperature on optical fiber displacement sensors, and to improve the measurement accuracy, the temperature compensation by using binary regression analysis method is conducted for the sensors. Through the calibration experiment of the sensor, and adopting temperature sensor to monitor the operating temperature, the binary regression model is established. From this model, the fusion data of the optical fiber displacement sensor can be obtained, and the temperature coefficient and relative error after compensation can be obtained from the fusion data. The comparison of temperature coefficients and relative errors before and after compensation verifies that this method can implement temperature compensation for the optical fiber displacement sensors.
