国内外有关变革型领导和情商的研究有一些进展,但还缺乏将变革型领导和团队情商结合起来探讨其有效性及团队情商中介作用机制的实证性探索。本研究采用问卷调查的方法,对208名来自企业团队成员的数据进行分析,研究结果表明变革型领导通过团队情商对团队效能有着显著影响作用,高团队情商有助于团队效能的提升:
Much attention had been paid to transformational leadership, emotional intelligence and group efficacy in the existing research. However there were few empirical researches to explore the mechanism of the transformational leadership and group efficacy and the mediation group emotional intelligence, combined with e- motional intelligence. The data were collected from 208 respondents representing work teams and the results shows that transformational leadership is significantly related to group efficacy, and high group emotional intelligence will improve group efficacy.
