当前我国高校研究生教学体制和模式还不完善，通过与美国高校在研究生教学主体、教学客体、教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教学环境六个方面的比较，借鉴发达国家研究生教学的经验，结合我国高校研究生培养的现状，提出了有针对性的对策和建议。

英文摘要：

Graduate teaching and learning in our country still need to be improved. By comparing graduate teaching at universities in China and the U. S. , specifically its providers, receivers, philosophy, contents, methods and environment, it is suggested that American experience in teaching may he learned for the benefit of graduate training in China.
