采用x射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对实验室自制的纳米钛黑进行表征,并作为在环氧树脂涂料中的添加剂与纳米TiO2进行了对比分析。用耐冲击性、柔韧性和附着力实验评价复合涂料的力学性能;采用10%的硫酸、10%的氢氧化钠溶液和天然海水长期浸泡,以及中性盐雾加速试验进行耐腐蚀性能评价。结果表明:钛黑主要成分为TiO和Ti2O3,其晶粒粒径均小于50nm;与添加3%的纳米TiO2的涂料相比,添加2%的钛黑后,涂料的力学强度和防腐效果显著提高。显示出在涂料领域具有一定的应用前景。
Titanium black nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM), indicating that the nanoparticles mainly consisted of TiO and Ti2O3 with particle size 〈50 nm. Additionally, the nanoparticle was used as an additive in epoxy resin coatings. Thus, the mechanical and anticorrosive properties of nano-titanium black/epoxy composite coatings were compared with nano-TiO2/epoxy composite coatings via the mechanical property tests (e.g., impact resistance test, flexibility test and adhesion test) and the anticorrosive tests (e.g., long-time immersion test in 10wt% H2SO4, 10wt% NaOH and seawater, and salt spray test) respectively. The results showed that an addition of 2wt% nano- titanium black could obtain a much better effect than an addition of 3wt% nano-TiO2, indicating a promising application of nano-titanium black in antieorrosive coatings.
