针对匹配跟踪冗余信号分解的视频编码器搜索最佳匹配误差结构的原子函数时,实现所需运算量复杂的问题.提出基于可分离Gabor字典的匹配跟踪算法,利用一种改进的最佳时频原子搜索策略,使实现算法的计算量显著下降.实验结果表明,在保持原有编码性能的基础上,该算法在视频编码应用中有效地降低了算法复杂度.
The computation complexity of the video coders based on matching pursuit is much higher, because of laboriously searching optimal atoms in a redundant dictionary. This paper proposes a video coding algorithm based on discreted Gabor dictionary, which incorporates an improved searching scheme using optimal time-frequency atoms, thus reduces the computation complexity of the original algorithm greatly. Experiment results show the algorithm can keep original coding efficiency and reduce the computation complexity efficiently.
