叶片对潮流能水轮机的性能有很大的影响,因此对叶片进行优化研究对于提高潮流能水轮机的效率的重大意义。本文对50kW潮流能水平轴水轮机进行了叶片设计,针对水轮机具体的运行环境,以提高水轮机获能为目标,应用遗传算法对叶片弦长和扭角进行了优化设计。通过对比实际工况下水轮机的获能特性得知,优化的叶片获能系数和获能功率较原叶片有所提高,从而证明应用遗传算法进行叶片优化的可行性,为水轮机叶片优化提供了新的方法。
The blade has a great impact on the performance of tidal current turbine.Optimization study on the blades is of great significance on improving efficiency of tidal current turbine.The blades of a 50 kW horizontal axis tidal current turbine was Designed.Considering the specific operating environment,an optimization model with the objective of maximum average power coefficient was established in the range of water speed by genetic algorithm.Compared with the original blade model,the power coefficient and power output were improved by using the optimized blade.The feasibility of genetic algorithm method had been verified,which provided a new method for blade optimization of tidal current turbines.
