能源地下工程是一种将地源热泵的热交换管布设在地下工程的基坑围护结构中、基础底板下和桩基内的利用地球地温能的新型建筑节能技术。它既继承了地源热泵技术的优点,又弥补了其初期投资高、占用额外地下空间等不足。利用工程类比方法,可判定能源地下工程在我国具有一定适用性。通过进一步分析上海地区土层温度分布特点以及地下工程发展现状与发展前景,研究了能源地下工程在上海地区的适用性。通过研究发现,上海地区完全满足能源地下工程应用的气候条件与工程条件,可大力发展该项前景光明的新型节能技术。
As a new rising kind of building energy saving technology, energy geotechnical engineering inherits the advantages of ground source heat pump technology while makes up its disadvantages such as high original investment and additional underground space occupation. By utilizing underground structures of geotechnical engineering as heat exchangers, energy geotechnical engineering is able to extractive energy from the earth by a heat pump for heating and cooling. Its' temperature applicability in Shanghai area is discussed and well confirmed in this paper after a thorough study of distribution underground.
