试验以大豆东农42和东农47为材料,采用盆栽的方式,利用近红外透射光谱法,研究在开花期喷施不同浓度稀土元素La(Ⅲ)和Ce(Ⅲ)对大豆蛋白质和脂肪含量的影响。结果表明,稀土对大豆两个品种蛋白质含量的影响都大于对脂肪含量的影响。所有处理(30-120 mg·L^-1)都使东农42蛋白质含量和蛋脂总量增加,脂肪含量减少,其中30 mg·L^-1 CeCl3处理蛋白质含量最高为43.16%,比对照增加10.60%。而所有处理都使东农47脂肪含量增加,蛋白质含量和蛋脂总量减少,在90 mg·L^-1 LaCl3处理下脂肪含量最高为22.46%,比对照增加9.24%。
The soybeans Dongnong 42 and 47 were used for experiment materials with planting in the pot. The effect of lanthanum ( La^3+ ) and cerium ( Ce^3+ ) among different concentrations on protein and oil content in soybean efflorescence was studied by using near infrared transmission spectroscopy (NITS). The results indicated that the effect of rare earth on protein content of two kinds of soybeans was greater than oil content. Under all treatments of Dongnong 42 (30120 mg·L^-1), protein content and total content of protein and oil increased and oil content reduced. The protein content increased by 10.60% comparing CK and the maximum was 43. 16% under 30 mg·L^-1 CeC13 treatment. And under all treatments, oil content increased and protein content and total content of protein and oil of Dongnong 47 declined. Oil content increased by 9.24% comparing CK and the maximum was 22.46% under 90 mg·L^-1 LaC13 treatment.
