In order to ensure the wet spraying concrete system of its consistency,and to improve efficiency of wet spraying concrete system,a dedicated concrete mixer and tanker used for mine′s operation is designed in combination with the operating principle of concrete mixer and tanker,as well as the technical feature of the wet spraying concrete.The agitation tank is arranged in flat design,the space of cockpit allows single person,and the engine is anti-explosion,high-power diesel engine.For the flat agitation tank,the volume computational formula is deduced.The stat-ic analysis of agitation tank that placed in flat and 1 5 ° angle in full unloading and full braking conditions is conducted.Finally it is concluded that the linear safety factor of agitation tank placed in 15°angle is respectively 83.3% and 81.5% of flat agitation tank in full unloading and full bra-king conditions.
