参考液粒两相流动中金属降低冲蚀磨损原理,同时结合桨叶式搅拌机搅拌原理,提出了一种液粒两相孔表面光整加工新工艺,分析了加工机理;运用FLUENT软件对流体运动进行仿真;在制备液粒两相混合液的基础上,进行了验证性实验,45钢孔表面经过20 min光整加工后,表面粗糙度Ra值由10.001μm降低到2.173μm。研究结果对后续最优工艺参数确定有指导意义。
Reference to reducing metal erosion theory, combines with paddle mixer mixing principle , then develops a liquid particle bore surface finishing technology. Analyses the theoretical mechanism of the machining principle and uses the FLUENT, a flow field analysis software, to simulate the motion of the flow field. On the basis of the prepared two- phase liquid - solid mixture, experiment is proceeded to verify the feasibility of the process . After 20 minutes of finishing machining, the roughness of the 45 steel bore surface, Ra varifies from 10.001 μm to 2. 173 μm. The results have guiding significance to determine the optimum process parameters for the following research.
