技术转化是实现技术创新目标的重要环节。运用Bellman方程,求解在不同外部性下竞争性创新厂商产出随技术转化率上升的变化情况,比较分析其与产学研协同创新厂商的产出变化差异。研究发现,在正外部性条件下,竞争性创新厂商的技术转化产出随着技术转化率升高而单调上升;在负外部性条件下,厂商产出存在先下降后上升的变化趋势,产学研协同创新比竞争性创新带来更多产出。最后,以台州市缝纫设备制造业技术转化为案例,验证相应结论。
Technology transfer is the main procedure to arrive the innovation object for the firm .It is main theory content in the paper to solve the output change for the competition innovation firm with two difference exogeneity through Bellman e‐quation ,comparatively analyse its heterogeneity with the research collaboration .The conclusion is that ,the output of the competition innovation firms will monotonically increase while the technology transfer rate rising under positive exogene‐ity ,but will decrease ,then grow to form U curve under negative exogeneity ,research collaboration firm technology transfer will product more than competition innovation firm .Empirical research tests the conclusion with the textile equipment manufacture industry from Taizhou .
