To resolve ETL problems in business process assessment system based on business intelligence, ensure the assessment system being more efficient, timely and accurate when accesses process data from heterogeneous data sources, firstly an ETL architecture applied to process data on the basis of the existing evaluation process model was proposed, and a detailed description on the entire structure was given. Based on this structure, the existing ETL solutions and characteristics of the process data were analyzed, and a data transform algorithm was designed to make sure that the data in event logs were quickly and accurately con verted into standard data that the system needed. Finally, process data of an insurance company were simulated to verify the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
