已有对企业国际化与创新绩效之间关系的研究多从资源基础观和组织学习视角出发,本文在此基础上以＂知识多样性会影响创新＂为研究视角,分析企业国际化多样性与企业快速创新之间的关系,并且探索企业国际化经验对以上关系的影响.研究发现：企业国际化多样性与企业快速创新之间存在倒U形关系.而且国际化同质经验和国际化异质经验对以上关系存在调节作用,但作用机理不同.
英文摘要：
The existing researches on the relationship between enterprise internationalization and innovation performance were usually based on the perspectives of resource-based view（ RBV） and organizational learning. However,based on the perspective of knowledge diversity affecting innovation,it aimed to explore the relationship between enterprise internationalization diversity and fast innovation. Besides,it studied how an enterprise＇s experience in dealing with internationalization affected the above relationship. The results find that there is a kind of reverted-U shaped relationship between enterprise internationalization diversity and enterprise fast innovation performance. It also finds that both homogeneous and heterogeneous experiences in dealing with internationalization can moderate the above relationship but work with different mechanisms respectively.
