以某型大功率机车传动齿轮箱轴端迷宫密封为研究对象,采用GAMBIT软件建立错齿式迷宫通道的二维结构化网格模型,应用Fluent软件计算迷宫密封空腔深宽比和齿尖相对厚度对流场和泄漏量的影响。研究结果表明:随着空腔深宽比的增加,泄漏量先减小后增加,最佳深宽比在0.9左右;空腔宽度越大,深宽比对泄漏量的影响越明显;随着齿尖相对厚度的增加,泄漏量先增加然后缓慢递减。
Taking the labyrinth seal of the transmission gearbox for a certain type of high-power locomotives as researching object,two-dimensional structured grid model of the interlocking labyrinth channel was set up by means of software GAMBI.The software Fluent was used in calculating labyrinth seal flow field and leakage flow rate,which were effected by the depth to width ratio and the tooth thickness to clearance ratio.The results showed that: the leakage decreased first and then increased with the increase of the depth to width ratio,the optimum depth to width ratio was about 0.9.Larger the width of cavity,the depth to width ratio effected leakage more obviously;the leakage increased first and then decreased slowly with the increase of the tooth thickness to clearance ratio.
