研究了强磁场热处理对烧结Nd-Fe-B永磁体磁性能及显微组织的影响。结果表明:经过强磁场热处理的磁体的磁性能有了明显的提高,其显微组织也得到了改善,尤其是在强磁场的作用下,主相Nd2Fe14B与晶界处的富钕相匹配地更好,使得晶界清晰、平整;强磁场热处理后的不同冷却方式对磁体的方形度也有影响,从而改善了磁体的温度稳定性。
The effect of annealing process in high magnetic fields on the microstructure and magnetic properties of sintered NdFeB magnets have been studied by comparing with the common annealing. The results show that the magnetic properties are enhanced and the microstructure is ameliorated for the magnets annealed in high magnetic fields, especially with a better lattice matching with the Nd-rich phase in the interface for the Nd2Fe14B main phase, resulting in a smooth grain boundary. The squareness of M-H Loop for the magnets is enhanced after annealing in high magnetic field, resulting in a better thermal stability.
