为研究变压器油中的金属微粒缺陷下局部放电(PD)放电量与超高频(UHF)信号累积放电能量之间的关系,利用50n无感电阻测量电流脉冲和超高频电磁波检测系统,对两种检测方法的实验室人工模拟变压器PD信号进行了测量,发现变压器油中的金属微粒缺陷下的局部放电放电量和UHF信号累积能量之间有二次曲线关系,且当电压与缺陷质量增加时,PD的放电量与天线接收的累计能量均会增加。这一结果表明:结合IEC60270标准,可以通过计算UHF信号累积能量来获取局部放电量,这为进一步系统研究用超高频法定量检测PD的难题,提供了一种有价值的方法和手段。
In order to study the correlation between partial discharge (PD) charge quantity and ultra high frequency (UHF) radiated charge energy, utilizing an integrated measurement system, PD activity was recorded simultaneously in terms of 50 12 non-inductive resistance current pulses and UHF signals. Results indicate that the relationship between cumulative energy and the charge quantity of PD current pulses for metal particles in the power transformer oil is a quadratic equation. Therefore,by combining IEC 60270 standard measurement with 50 Ω non-inductive resistance measurement, the UHF detection could be quantified and proved useful as an advanced means of power transformer defect identification.
