通过酯化改性处理,解决杨木尺寸稳定性的问题。本文采用马来酸酐、月桂酸、硬脂酸和两步法等4种酯化改性方式对杨木边材进行处理。处理材的平衡含水率和与水的表面润湿性均显著降低,抗胀缩率除月桂酸处理材外其余均达到40%以上,4种改性材的吸水膨胀率相当,而马来酸酐处理材的增重率较其他3种方式低。总之,4种酯化方式均达到改性目的,两步法效果最佳。
Four esterifications of poplar have been reported in this paper.Maleic anhydride,lauric acid,stearic acid and two steps were used during the esterification.Dimensional stability of esterified poplar has been proved increased by equilibrium moisture content,surface wettability,antiswelling efficient,antiswelling efficiency(ASE),volume expansibility of water swelling and weight persent gain.
