以山西区域经济、社会可持续发展规划为依据，从合理开发利用水资源、实现水资源的优化配置的角度出发，根据山西省的自然、社会、经济发展状况，选取了水资源总量、产业需水量、分项用水量、生态供用水量4项指标构成水资源承载力的评价指标体系，并根据统计数据设置不同情境，以汾河、沁河、桑干河为典型，分析对比了典型年区域水生态的典型问题和生态供水配置。
英文摘要：
Based on the programming of regional soci-economic sustainable development in Shanxi, this paper describes the evaluation systems of water resources carrying capacity with four indexes water consumption and hydro-ecology water consumption are item ized. water resources are optimized based on the nature, society and economic development. According to different conditions, this paper also analyzes and contrasts the typical cases in the Fenhe River, the Qinhc River and the Sanggan River.
