RAO Yu,received her B.S. degree (with highest honours) in Department of Electronics and Information Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China in 2006. She also obtained the honour of "Outstanding Graduation Thesis of Hubei Province". She is currently working toward the Ph.D.degree with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, China. Her research interests include wireless communications and cognitive radios. Email: raoy06@mails.tsinghua.edu.cn CHEN Wei, received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering (both with the highest honours) from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 2002 and 2007, respectively. From 2005 to 2007, he was also a visiting research staff in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), China. Since July 2007, he has been with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, where he is a full Professor and the Vice Director of Institute of Communications. He visited the University of Southampton, UK, from June 2010 to September 2010. Prof. Chen is a 973 Youth Project Chief Scientist and is also supported by the New Century Talent Program of Ministry of Education, Beijing Nova Program, and 100 Fundamental Research Talents Program of Tsinghua University (also known as 221 Talents Program). CAO Zhigang, graduated with golden medal from the Department of Radio Electronics at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 1962. He was a visiting scholar at Stanford University, USA from 1984 to 1986. Since 1962, he has been with Tsinghua University, where he is currently a Professor of Electronic Engineering Department. His current research interests include mobile and satellite communications.
