为探究藻类生物质燃烧过程中 SO2与 CO2的排放特性,利用管式炉对典型藻类生物质条浒苔、马尾藻和小球藻在不同温度及配比下燃烧时 SO2与 CO2排放特性进行了实时在线测量,并进行了 S、C 转化机理的初步分析.结果表明,随着温度的升高,燃尽时间缩短,SO2与 CO2实时排放量增加.随着生物质量的增加,藻类生物质燃烧时 SO2与 CO2排放量增加,但排放量增加幅度不同.当生物质质量为75,mg、150,mg、225,mg 时:马尾藻 SO2排放量分别为0.18,mg、0.30,mg、0.31,mg,CO2排放(体积分数)分别为2.47%、4.81%、6.42%;条浒苔 SO2排放量分别为1.14,mg、2.61,mg、3.95,mg,CO2排放(体积分数)分别为3.16%、5.05%、8.32%;小球藻 SO2排放量分别为0.79,mg、1.93,mg、3.92,mg,CO2排放(体积分数)分别为4.71%、6.75%、13.26%.藻类生物质混烧的结果表明,当小球藻、条浒苔以及小球藻、马尾藻等比例混燃,在800,℃时 SO2排放总量均降低,混燃样品自身含硫量以及碱金属元素含量对 SO2排放影响较大.
In order to explore the SO2 and CO2 emission characteristics from algae biomass combustion,several typical algae biomass including enteromorpha,sargassum and chlorella were burned under different temperature and ratio.The real-time releasing of SO2 and CO2 were experimentally studied.Furthermore,C and S conversion mecha-nisms were analyzed based on the measured results.The results show that the SO2,and CO2,real-time emissions in-crease with the rise of temperature,and that the burning time is shortened.With the increase of biological quality, the SO2 and CO2 emissions from algae biomass increase,but with different rising rates.With the quality of algae biomass increasing from 75,mg to 150 mg,225,mg,the SO2 and CO2 emissions from algae biomass(sargassum, enteromorpha,chlorella)combustion are:from sargassum,0.18,mg-0.30,mg-0.31,mg(SO2),2.47%-4.81%-6.42%(CO2) ; from enteromorpha , 1.14,mg-2.61,mg-3.95,mg(SO2) ,3.16%-5.05%-8.32%(CO2) ;from chlorella , 0.79,mg-1.93,mg-3.92,mg (SO2),4.71%-6.75%-13.26%,(CO2).The results of the mixed burning of algae biomass show that the SO2 emission of the equal proportion mixed burning of enteromorpha and sargassum with chlorella, respectively,under 800,℃ decreases.The SO2 emission is much affected by sulfur content and alkali metal element content.
