锥面体是喷气涡流纺喷嘴的重要组成部分,为了研究锥面体结构参数对纺纱的影响,对喷气涡流纺锥面体的结构参数(尖端锥度γ、尖端内径d')进行了研究,选择6种尖端锥度γ(7.5°、10°、12.5°、15°、17.5°、20°)和6种尖端内径d’(1mm、1.1mm、1.2mm、1.3mm、1.4mm、1.5mm),以39mm×1.23dtex粘胶纤维为原料在喷气涡流纺纱小样机上进行纺纱实验,实验研究结果表明:γ为12.5°-15°,d’为1.3mm-1.4mm是锥面体的最佳结构参数。
Cone body is an important component of jet vortex spinning nozzle. In order to study the influence of cone body' s structural parameters on spinning, the cone body's structural parameters (cutting-edge taper γ, cutting-edge internal diameter d') were studied. Six kinds of cutting-edge taper γ(7.5°,10°,12.5°,15°,17.5°,20°) , six kinds of cutting-edge internal diameter d' ( 1mm,1, 1mm,1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm, 1.5mm ) were selected and with Viscose f'rber (39mm ×1.23dtex) as raw material for spinning experiments on small sample jet vortex spinning frame. Experimental results indicate that: the best structural parameters of cone body are γ = 12.5° - 15°, d' = 1.3 - 1.4mm.
