青岛地铁3#试验段沿线地段多位于强风化岩中,沿途地表分布众多住宅楼、办公楼和文物建筑,现场爆破施工严重影响了爆区附近居民的身心健康,对周围建筑物的稳定产生很大威胁。通过选择合理的掏槽形式、炸药单耗、光面延时爆破、聚能管控制爆破等一系列减振技术和措施,使钻爆法施工产生的振动对周围环境影响满足国家相关规定并控制在最小范围内,达到了减振效果。不仅保证了文物建筑的安全,而且使试验段能够高效快速掘进,研究成果对青岛地铁安全高效施工具有重大意义,可为国内外同类工程提供借鉴。
The test section of Qingdao metro line mainly locates in strong decomposed rock and there are many residential buildings, office buildings and cultural relic buildings along the surface of the test sec- tion, the vibration caused by field blasting construction seriously affected the physical and mental health of citizens nearby in blasting area and brought a great threat to the stability of the surrounding buildings. By selecting a series of damping technology and measures such as reasonable cutting form, explosive consump- tion, smooth delay blasting,and the binding energy tube controlled blasting, the influence of the vibration caused by drilling-blasting construction on surrounding environment could meet relevant regulations of state and was controlled in smallest range, thus damping effect was achieved. It can not only ensure the safety of cultural buildings, but also make the test section tunnel efficiently and fast. Research results have a significance to construct Qingdao metro safely and efficiently, and provide a reference for similar projects at home and abroad.
