采用固相反应法在1500 ℃制备了LaNbO4-NiO-Y2O3稳定的 ZrO2(YSZ)复合陶瓷,并且采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和能量分散光谱仪(EDS)对复合物中三相的化学相容性进行了研究。EDS测量的元素成分分布表明在不同相界之间形成了互扩散区域,然而这是由于EDS的低分辨率造成的效果。通过高分辨率TEM对其相界更进一步的表征,可以看到LaNbO4、NiO和YSZ三种晶粒的晶界处结合完好,晶界处都没有发现晶格畸变的迹象,也没有新相生成,因此可以证实LaNbO4、NiO和YSZ在1500 ℃烧结后,具有较好的化学相容性。
LaNbO4-NiO-Y2O3 stabilized ZrO2 (YSZ) composite was prepared by solid state reaction at 1500 ℃ and the chemical compatibilityof the three phases in the composite was investigated using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS).The composition distributions measured by EDS indicated the formation of an interdiffusion zone at different phase boundaries, which,however, was the low resolution effect of EDS. The phase boundaries were further analysed by high resolution TEM, which revealed that theLaNbO4, NiO and YSZ phases were separated by well-defined boundaries with no lattice distortions or presence of new phases, confirmingthat LaNbO4, NiO and YSZ are chemically compatible at temperatures up to 1500 ℃.
