协同创新是驱动企业发展的强大动力,分为内部协同创新和外部协同创新。外部协同创新是企业、高校、科研院所等组织为了实现重大科技创新而开展的大跨度整合的创新组织模式,是跨组织协同创新。依据各组织是否处于同一产业内,跨组织协同创新又分为横向协同创新和纵向协同创新。以跨组织横向协同创新为主要研究对象,从创新模型机制、创新模式、创新绩效、创新风险与评价等方面进行较为全面的文献综述,提出横向协同创新研究的不足与展望,为跨组织协同创新的深入研究奠定基础。
The Collaborative innovation is powerful motivation of corporation development, External innovation is a mode that extensive integration and constitutional innovation conducted by organizations concluding school, cor- poration and institution for making major science innovation, which is called cross-organizational collaborative in- novation. This can be separated into horizontal innovation and the other vertical one depending on whether every organization is belong to one industry. This paper is mainly targeted on horizontal cross-organizational collaborative innovation. It makes comprehensive literature review from the aspects of mechanism, mode, performance and ven- ture assessment of innovation. The paper points out the shortcoming and the development of innovation, which make foundation for further research on cross-organizational collaborative innovation.
