通过对我国779家企业的总经理、人力资源管理者以及直线经理进行问卷调查,采用结构方程的分析方法对竞争战略在人力资源管理系统与战略人力资本关系中的调节作用进行了检验。研究结果表明,差异化战略在内部开发型人力资源管理系统与内部开发型人力资本的关系中起到正向调节作用,成本领先战略在外部获取型人力资源管理系统与外部获取型人力资本的关系中起到反向调节作用。
With the effective questionnaires from 779 Chinese enterprises general managers, human resources managers and line managers, this paper uses Structural Equation Model analysis to study on the moderating role of competitive strategy in the relationship between human resources management system and strategic human capital by empirical test. The results show that diversity strategy plays an positive moderating role between inner developed human capital and inner developed human resource management system, and cost reduction strategy plays an reverse moderating role between external obtained human capital and external obtained human resource management system.
